Michelle Walsh and her attorney Bennet G. Kelley (who was specifically hired to address cyber-harassments against her) never tried to contact Moreno either. If Moreno was truly “cyberstalking”, “harassing” and “threatening” Michelle Walsh, why didn’t she get her lawyer involved and why didn’t she specifically name Moreno in her cyber-stalking complaints with the police?

did some digging for you here in RI, and your Kelley character never really did much with this Walsh case. it is speculated that Walsh didn't have the money the other client in NC has.
ReplyDeleteI used to have dealings with Bennie when we both worked over at the Santa Monica Daily press as op-ed writers. He was the bloviate stentorian uber-douchey lib weasel and I was his frequent conservative scourge. I once wrote an article of the early birther claptrap [I'm not a birther btw] surrounding Obama and backtracked the source of the birther story to his fellow Clintonite Phil Berg.

If Bennie's legal "expertise" is as sloppy as his op-ed, maybe it's a good thing he wasn't retained for counsel. And the dog in his photo is cute. I suspect it's one of those "comfort dogs" given to mental patients as it appears that Bennie's meds have clearly stopped working.

ReplyDeleteThank you for your post, I am finding that Bennet Kelley has many enemies. Bennet is indeed very very sloppy. We would laugh and laugh at his terrible written motions, complaints, etc., He is so dramatic but lacked the facts.
DeleteHe represented an Adoption Agency who has been working out of Armenia for years. First with another agency, then dismissed - she opened her own place.
Bennet or as you refer to him as "Bennie" would stop at nothing, the lowest was harassing my family. Sending countless paperwork to my 81 year old parents, and even putting them down as witnesses. Like they were suppose to know something? But they do know more than Bennie.
In the end, I paid nothing and there was nothing not even a summary judgment. His client was the big loser in this case, over $150K in legal fees and a ton of articles in many Armenian papers about bribes, and other shifty things going on in Armenian Adoptions and International Adoption in general.
Bennie is a terrible attorney, he shook when he asked questions at the deposition like a little girl. He tried to film the deposition but we put a stop to it. Bennie would have surely put the deposition on the Internet.
He won nothing but paraded it around as a "significant victory" and took out PR releases. Then when I printed the truth about his lying client he tried to get me to take down the mediation brief but in the end the judge sided with me.
He also tried unsuccessfully to have me arrested under a bogus citizen's arrest. The cops that showed up gave me a high "five" when they found out I shoved the weasel attorney that was harassing my family and defaming me.
Bennet knows no boundaries and was admonished for his unethical behavior. There is also a copy on her of a bogus web site he put together. Stealing my photo from Facebook then stealing the Federal Court Seal he put together a web site about me trying to drum up more business.
This other poster is correct he is doing the same thing with this Global Media thing, one of the defendants contacted me.
Bennet really thinks he will be a celebrity attorney, but he never gets paid for his writing or guest appearances or that stupid free radio blog he has.
He suplements his celebrity attempts with a few court cases every year. But he soaked a lot out of Hopscotch Adoptions -Robin Sizemore.
Incidently she has programs in Morocco where a couple can adopt and convert to Islam. Someone wrote an article titled "Adoption Jihad" about it.
Hopscotch also has a program in Ghana (another non Hague convention country) last week a couple was stopped and arrested at the airport for human trafficking.
I will read your articles. Anything about "Bennie" would interest me as humor. He has made quite a name for himself. Did you read about his antics with lawyer Dan Balsam? Bennie was VERY chickenshit and uneithical. Big cry baby when he doesn't win a case.
I hope his little white dog gives him a lot of comfort. Even the Judges here in Fresno couldn't stand the little creep. Poor Bennet he didn't bank on a Plaintiff that was very connected and had a legal background.
I will contact Harout, I have read the Armenian Pulse, but didn't know he had a radio as well. maybe I will tell him about Bennet trying to get a Turkish cult after me (seriously) he did. THen Bennet referred to Armenian's as "mafia"
He is a sad sad person with dellusions of grandeur that will never happen. He just isn't handsome enough.
Wow this guy sure has a lot of enemies. He has stalked my friend Vanessa for over 2 years and made about $160,000 off of a wealthy client to do so.
ReplyDeleteThe funny thing is Vanessa didn't pay any money we advised her to use her homeowners insurance which paid off a small portion of the adoption agencies legal fees and sent them packing.
This "Bennie" was such a sore loser he had to try and cause more trouble, and even wrote fake press releases online talking about some sort of legal victory.
He is currently representing Global Wide Media against Richard Braun Uopen and trying the same thing. Cannot get ahold of the Defendant, then files a default judgment. He is very sloppy and his original complaint looked like a gossip magazine with errors and erronous information in it.
We were hoping he would take the case to court in Fresno Federal Court so we could laugh him out of town. But he folded because the information about his client was all true and there was nothing to litigate. How can you litigate truth?
What really pissed him off was Vanessa represented herself for over 1 year as a pro- se client.
He is a trip, hope he paid back his client.

6 months later and an update. Moroccan adoptions have ceased and last week the Prime Minister of Ghana has "temporarily" ceased adoptions to Americans.

Alas, we hear she is busy at work in Bulgaria cranking out as many adoptions at $35,000 per kid before it closes (AGAIN)
The other thing you all should know is Value Click eliminated Bennet as their legal counsel. Additionally, the Santa Monica Free Press no longer prints free articles by Bennet Kelley. His new formats are FREE radio blog shows and other FREE formats like Huffington Blog.
Keep up the work at trying to harm me, Bennet we know exactly who you talk to and when. I also know what you say about me to others and frankly everyone in the legal field in Los Angeles knows you are the nut case.
