Yes, he is one of Hollywood and Broadways most entertaining Lawyers. But even Flynn knew when to stop the nonsense. Lets see: Denied Ex Parte Discover, Denied Ex Parte Restraining Order, Denied Injunctive Relief (but continued to send his staff to the Defendent's home) and DENIED default judgment while the judge's order is clear that the case is meritless. Lets just keep playing his silly game, while he is off in Miami at his conference....he is winning no friends in the Eastern District court, or US Attorney's office.
