I agree, but when you represent scum it can harm you. It is hard to not become cynical after what many of my lawyer friends see and hear all day - day after day. If I was this guy I would change to wills, probates and estate planning.
An attorney just e mailed me and told me that this lawyer that was attacked is filing charges against the court. Seems he is claiming that the court's bailiff should have been there to protect him. Hey he might have a good claim especially if he is a court appointed attorney.
