BTW one last remark, there are several adopive parents that are upset with your know it all attitude. You have no knowledge of anything and have only been to Armenia 2 times with an interpreter.

Hardly "poor" never spent one cent on defending myself against such a flimsy written case. Lastly, I can speak the truth forever and ever. The poor one is "Casper" who is re hashing Adoption stories from 4-5 years ago when Armenia had no hague and little oversight.
Have fun obsessing about me SV (I am really glad my family and I are so important to you) and maybe one day you will really be a part of our community and learn what being an Armenian is. I keep it OPEN because I have never told untruths about Robin Sizemore or her adoption tactics. That was in the mediation brief and that the people who stopped their adoption contracts did so because of business practices. Robin and her attorney on the other hand are not truthful. Robin is advertising her partial reimbursement of legal fees as some sort of "victory". I would challenge her to produce the judgment on this. She cannot........because one doesn't exist. All that exists is a mediation report with daming information in it as well as Robin signing off on the reimbursement and among other things "agreeing" there is NO LIABILITY implied now or in the future" (taken from her signed agreement) Meaning Ms. Sizemore can never attack me or my community again.
When will SHE ever learn? She doesn't serve the children of Armenia, she SERVES her paying clients. Furthermore, she admitted she doesn't know Armenian well enough to speak with officials. Armenia doesn't recognize Adoption agencies or facilitators. They are unlicensed and up to now not much oversight of them.
If she wants to call it a "victory" she can but if it is about the children why would she care?
Lastly, there was a Revenue comparison done on Hopscotch (990 tax returns) with other adoption agencies that have or have had an Armenian program. All have lost money in the last 5 years where Hopscotch continues to grow year after year with a grand total of over $1.4 million in revenues.
Her attorney knows the truth, he is just a paid puppet - he has done this before for the Democratic party when he put up his libelous web site "Bushlies.net" and was ordered to take it down.
A very good prominent Internet Attorney in the USA called Bennet and tried to reason with him to take down his silly commentary that he won a "victory" when he didn't. This is misleading future customers. Bennet's reply was "I am not taking it down because it is an "opinion"
Bennet is entitled to "his opinion" but he does know that I know many more attorneys and judges that don't really take a liking to the "internet lawyer" who is trying to be a celebrity like our Mark Geragos who is today in SF with Brian appealing the Genocide survivor insurance claims.
Part II Anyone that knows me or about this case and has connections to Armenia (as most west coast Armenians do) knows that we have some corrupt systems that are going through change. It is very sad that unknowing parents trying to build their families that have no clue about Armenia still buy into the stories that come out of any Adoption agency.
They should question what happened to the adoptions in Republic of Georgia and who destroyed their program. These parents should also look at why an agency that boasts about Hague Acrediation would work in small countries that have NO HAGUE IMPLEMENTED (Morocco and Ghana) Or how old stories of adoption are being re hashed - happy stories PRIOR to the Hague. When there were independant adoptions and more healthy infants available. Not to plagerize someone elses post (that was taken done) but it is a "sad reality"
Question everything, don't get caught up in -"I just want a baby, I don't care how" this is wrong. Many birth parents have come back to the orphanages and found their children were adopted out. One American couple last March 2011 had their court date canceled because the birth father (a wealthy ogliarch) was found. He is not very happy, that his only daughter might have gone to an American, non-Armenian family -
They can claim victory till they are blue in the face, but it doesn't change the facts that the truth is there and these questions will not go away. To those faithful families, that choose to attack me and my friends and spew hatred toward Armenia for "discarding" children you are wrong. Step outside of your opinions and look at the facts. Also the inconsistencies that are stated to you and others.
I am not a phony and have been working with orphanages, charities in Armenia since I was in the AYF in the 1970's WAY before there was such a thing as International Adoption. Way back we did independant adoptions and today it is still possible if you know the right people and the system.
However, there is a drive to eliminate orphanges and create family homes (like foster care) for our children. Every Armenian charity that works with the children of Armenia is working to BUILDING families in Armenia NOT destroying them. In rare cases sometimes international Adoption is the only way.
I have never been against International Adoption, and have helped many Armenians on the west coast through the process. I do have a problem with liars and people who don't obey laws or bend the law with money and fake PR.
I agree that Bennet's commentary is more an advertisement than a fact based news story. To those fellow adoptive parents, don't consider me or my community as "enemies" or take it personal. One parent has gone to great lengths and continues to bash myself, bash Armenia and my friends. I am sorry that she has no fair balance and continues to make a fool of herself with her childish harassment.
I have actually defended this woman, because other people have detected that she feels she is some sort of adoption expert (she had to pay for services) and evidently has issues with non-Armenians adopting Armenian children.
She doesn't understand that the majority of children available are heavy special needs and many Armenian couples are not equipped or are willing to take on these special needs. The religious evangelicals of America have a drive to "save the orphans and widows" of the world. They are about 90% of the adoptions to the USA from Armenia.
AND............lastly Argam is NOT the leader or head of anything to do with Armenian Adoptions being initiated. He works under Hamlet in the investigative arm, that looks for families of the children, tries to find relatives of deceased Armenian citizens and investigates fraud within the social services system. In other words it was HIS department that found the little girl's father/family and performed a DNA test.
Vanessa is furious that an adoptive parent in DC welcomed Argam and his family at her home for dinner and socializing. I saw her angry responses when she discovered this blog post http://adoptionadventure-sonia.blogspot.com/search?q=Argam. Her response was a nasty post on one of her many other blogs poking fun at what was actually a truly enjoyable eveing for all http://armenianadoptionadventure.blogspot.com/2010/11/armenian-adoption-adventure-what-is.html. Vanessa was clearly distraught that he didn't come to visit her on the west coast.
Sonia; Argam is not anyone of power in Armenia. Argam has family on the west coast, but it's doesn't matter because even Argam couldn't hide the fact that the Shepherds court date was canceled because the little girl HAS PARENTS. He cannot and will not do any "favors" for you or Robin. He frankly was concerned that the child was not brought up in an Armenian speaking home.
Sonia just when we think you have a moment of truth like with "Sad Reality"( Robin probably told you to take it down) you start harassing more of my witnesses again. You should leave Cynthia alone, she has more friends in Armenia than I do and Robin knows this. Why do you think Robin didn't want to go to court? She knew she would lose. Robin cut her $100K+ losses and took a partial reimbursement that largely went into her attorney's hands and into her silly agressive marketing "Not for profit Just for children" then insuiting that Hopscotch Adoptions is in "partnership" with Araz Artinian who gave stacks of communication to me how Robin describes her clients as plentiful but NO HEALTHY children, solitictating Araz for help. I am glad Robin gave a sizeable donation for more of our children to have operations in Armenia. But if she thinks this will get more children for her..........she is sadly wrong. But that is Robin "twisting the facts' again.
2011 was 22 children from Armenia to the USA and about 12 was from Robin's facilitator - 95% of which were special needs and abandonment. Parading around videos of adoption from pre-hague clients. Not that you care, families cannot afford to feed their families let alone take care of a very sick child. That is why our groups work to keep Armenian families together. You have aligned yourself with an Anti-Armenian group that is under investigation by the FBI. This makes you, Robin and Bennet an enemy of the Armenian people.
Sonia, I understand you wanting to be loyal to Robin for purchasing your adoptive daughter. But you must look at how adoptions back then were handled and how they are now handled. Many babies were spoken for and reserved while still in the womb by clients willing to pay the high price. This is NO LONGER acceptable under the Hague Convention. You should hope that Robin doesn't get into trouble in the NON-HAGUE countries of Morocco and Ghana, things are stinking up there. Especially when a person tries to disrupt Islamic laws of Kefala, Sharia or any other questionable behavior. I realize people who adopt babies are sometimes willing to not look at the unethical issues, but it isn't fair to the child to take their religion, culture or birthright away. Simply because money will get anything you want in poor nations. Robin will never learn, and is slipping back into her past habits. Sonia, you are not a part of an Armenian community like on the West Coast, Ask Robin why she has very little West Coast Armenians? We are CONNECTED to our Motherland and don't need to pay Robin for our adoptions. We also know the fraud that is going on. You have NO CONNECTIONS in Armenia, and never went to Armenia until you adopted and it will probably be some time before you return if at all. You care less, you only care that you got a child to somehow make your life complete yet you spend wasteful hours attacking me and my friends or ANYONE that has the truth to say. If Robin is being honest she should not be worried about critics of her business or industry.
For you to attack one of our children here for Cancer treatment is just plain low class. It has not gone un noticed by people in Armenia. This boy has a father that is high up and a mother that is a social worker - (which can make or break any decisions for future abandoned children) I didn't think you would be that cruel to try and hurt me or my family (like Bennet Kelley tried) but also hurt one of our kids.

Cynthia told me you keep mentioning my insurance. Does it really iritate you that you were unsuccessful in destroying me financially? Yes Sonia, I never paid for anything - I was also reimbursed and there is no liability or judgment associated with Robin's paltry reimbursement.
Ask her to supply you with a judgement? She cannot because one doesn't exist. Read the paperwork Robin had to sign with the Insurance company, it clearly tells her there is no guilt and that she may never file charges against me again.
Sonia, that was my OLD insurance company from 2008-2009. My insurance premium is about $583.00 a year. Hardly a lot. I get good rates.
Robin has some real issues, she truly believes she is the savior of Armenia children. Loves money and the fact she can control people and situations with her money. This adoration from her clients that were able to purchase babies from ARmenia is not share by the people adopting from Ghana. Lets just say there is problems.
Because someone tells you something don't believe it to be true. Robin doesn't have 'MEETINGS" with orphange directors, this is not allowed. EA is the one doing the leg work and claiming he is an attorney.
No one attacked you until you started to attack others. Your daughter doesn't deserve to be brought up in a house where the adoptive mother is trying to hurt or attack others.

Hope you are learning Armenian with your spare time. Just because you hired Robin to purchase your daughter doesn't mean you are an expert on Armenian adoptions or know anything about what is going on there. I am not distraught Sonia, but I don't think Argam will be returning anytime soon to your home or you visiting him.
BTW Did you know the first lady of Armenia also has a surgical team that cares for the orphans? She is making many changes for the children.
Here is Sonia's attack on my blog about a sensitive issue. No heart or class at all. Plenty of Armenians are pissed at you Sonia for your "holier than thou" attitude. If BAH loses one government contract you could be hurting with your huge expenses. No one is immune to hurt but when you gloat at other people's hardships that is pathetic.
BTW did you know that Robin has stated to people in Armenia that she is unhappy that World Vision has services for single mothers. Robin believes those children would be better off adopted to her clients. Robin is NOT an advocate or works for the children of Armenia. Robin works for her paying clients to perform a service. They had cited different reasons for dismissing their contract: poor communication from Hopscotch, bad business practices. When asked if the couples knew Vanessa Kachadurian all THREE stated "no". When asked if they knew Sonia Vigiliante they stated they had either communicated with her or heard of her.
Robin Stated in the deposition in WRITING that she was ashamed of your online threats to my family. Financial threats and "In a fight for your life" and had asked you to stop your immature behavior and spend more times with your family.

Sonia, it shows how much you KNOW, Cynthia Allen is another adoptive parent that was a witness for the Defense and someone that Robin Sizemore is very concerned about as she knows MANY people in Armenia and about CAS firing Robin Sizemore. You need to check with Robin on that, one of the reasons dear Robin didn't want to take this to court in May 2012, we were all ready to go. Not sure what Robin was afraid of? Instead opted for a partial reimbursement of her enormous legal fees. The only winner was the attorneys that were all paid very handsomely. I did make a little money on it for reimbursement of gas and hotel, like a nice vacation. If that wasn't your adoptive daughter's birth name than why have you told people that? I have personally been contacted by 2 people about Robin and her middle man in Ghana. Morocco is a joke, playing around with Kefalah law is just plain stupidity. Not to mention Bulgarian Adoptions where they just reopened after being shuttered for fraud. My friends that adopted from Bulgaria went through hell, did you know that one orphanage director was even fathering children to make money?
And through out all of this, there was NO actionable items in causes of action in Robin's flimsy laughable Complaint against me. Anyone can sue, if they are stupid enough to pay an attorney who is greedy enough to take flimsy cases and file in Federal court where everyone gets caught up in FRCP (Federal Rules of Civil Procedure) In Robin's case she had over 20 months of billing time of over $400.00 per hour to deal with.
Sonia, you don't know everything and hopefully you will never have to find out. I allow your postings because they are very reflective of your character and empty life.

ReplyDeleteI keep it OPEN because I have never told untruths about Robin Sizemore or her adoption tactics. That was in the mediation brief and that the people who stopped their adoption contracts did so because of business practices.
ReplyDeleteRobin and her attorney on the other hand are not truthful. Robin is advertising her partial reimbursement of legal fees as some sort of "victory". I would challenge her to produce the judgment on this.
She cannot........because one doesn't exist. All that exists is a mediation report with daming information in it as well as Robin signing off on the reimbursement and among other things "agreeing" there is NO LIABILITY implied now or in the future" (taken from her signed agreement) Meaning Ms. Sizemore can never attack me or my community again.
When will SHE ever learn? She doesn't serve the children of Armenia, she SERVES her paying clients. Furthermore, she admitted she doesn't know Armenian well enough to speak with officials. Armenia doesn't recognize Adoption agencies or facilitators. They are unlicensed and up to now not much oversight of them.
If she wants to call it a "victory" she can but if it is about the children why would she care?
Lastly, there was a Revenue comparison done on Hopscotch (990 tax returns) with other adoption agencies that have or have had an Armenian program. All have lost money in the last 5 years where Hopscotch continues to grow year after year with a grand total of over $1.4 million in revenues.
Her attorney knows the truth, he is just a paid puppet - he has done this before for the Democratic party when he put up his libelous web site "Bushlies.net" and was ordered to take it down.
A very good prominent Internet Attorney in the USA called Bennet and tried to reason with him to take down his silly commentary that he won a "victory" when he didn't. This is misleading future customers. Bennet's reply was "I am not taking it down because it is an "opinion"
Bennet is entitled to "his opinion" but he does know that I know many more attorneys and judges that don't really take a liking to the "internet lawyer" who is trying to be a celebrity like our Mark Geragos who is today in SF with Brian appealing the Genocide survivor insurance claims.

ReplyDeleteAnyone that knows me or about this case and has connections to Armenia (as most west coast Armenians do) knows that we have some corrupt systems that are going through change. It is very sad that unknowing parents trying to build their families that have no clue about Armenia still buy into the stories that come out of any Adoption agency.
They should question what happened to the adoptions in Republic of Georgia and who destroyed their program. These parents should also look at why an agency that boasts about Hague Acrediation would work in small countries that have NO HAGUE IMPLEMENTED (Morocco and Ghana) Or how old stories of adoption are being re hashed - happy stories PRIOR to the Hague. When there were independant adoptions and more healthy infants available. Not to plagerize someone elses post (that was taken done) but it is a "sad reality"
Question everything, don't get caught up in -"I just want a baby, I don't care how" this is wrong. Many birth parents have come back to the orphanages and found their children were adopted out. One American couple last March 2011 had their court date canceled because the birth father (a wealthy ogliarch) was found. He is not very happy, that his only daughter might have gone to an American, non-Armenian family -
They can claim victory till they are blue in the face, but it doesn't change the facts that the truth is there and these questions will not go away. To those faithful families, that choose to attack me and my friends and spew hatred toward Armenia for "discarding" children you are wrong. Step outside of your opinions and look at the facts. Also the inconsistencies that are stated to you and others.
I am not a phony and have been working with orphanages, charities in Armenia since I was in the AYF in the 1970's WAY before there was such a thing as International Adoption. Way back we did independant adoptions and today it is still possible if you know the right people and the system.
However, there is a drive to eliminate orphanges and create family homes (like foster care) for our children. Every Armenian charity that works with the children of Armenia is working to BUILDING families in Armenia NOT destroying them. In rare cases sometimes international Adoption is the only way.
I have never been against International Adoption, and have helped many Armenians on the west coast through the process. I do have a problem with liars and people who don't obey laws or bend the law with money and fake PR.
I agree that Bennet's commentary is more an advertisement than a fact based news story. To those fellow adoptive parents, don't consider me or my community as "enemies" or take it personal. One parent has gone to great lengths and continues to bash myself, bash Armenia and my friends. I am sorry that she has no fair balance and continues to make a fool of herself with her childish harassment.
I have actually defended this woman, because other people have detected that she feels she is some sort of adoption expert (she had to pay for services) and evidently has issues with non-Armenians adopting Armenian children.
She doesn't understand that the majority of children available are heavy special needs and many Armenian couples are not equipped or are willing to take on these special needs. The religious evangelicals of America have a drive to "save the orphans and widows" of the world.
They are about 90% of the adoptions to the USA from Armenia.
AND............lastly Argam is NOT the leader or head of anything to do with Armenian Adoptions being initiated. He works under Hamlet in the investigative arm, that looks for families of the children, tries to find relatives of deceased Armenian citizens and investigates fraud within the social services system. In other words it was HIS department that found the little girl's father/family and performed a DNA test.

Argam has family on the west coast, but it's doesn't matter because even Argam couldn't hide the fact that the Shepherds court date was canceled because the little girl HAS PARENTS. 2011 was 22 children from Armenia to the USA and about 12 was from Robin's facilitator - 95% of which were special needs and abandonment. Parading around videos of adoption from pre-hague clients. Not that you care, families cannot afford to feed their families let alone take care of a very sick child. That is why our groups work to keep Armenian families together.
You have aligned yourself with an Anti-Armenian group that is under investigation by the FBI. This makes you, Robin and Bennet an enemy of the Armenian people.
Sonia, I understand you wanting to be loyal to Robin for purchasing your adoptive daughter. But you must look at how adoptions back then were handled and how they are now handled. Many babies were spoken for and reserved while still in the womb by clients willing to pay the high price. This is NO LONGER acceptable under the Hague Convention.

I realize people who adopt babies are sometimes willing to not look at the unethical issues, but it isn't fair to the child to take their religion, culture or birthright away. Robin Stated in the deposition in WRITING that she was ashamed of your online threats to my family. Financial threats and "In a fight for your life" and had asked you to stop your immature behavior and spend more times with your family.

ReplyDeleteSonia, it shows how much you KNOW, Cynthia Allen is another adoptive parent that was a witness for the Defense and someone that Robin Sizemore is very concerned about as she knows MANY people in Armenia and about CAS firing Robin Sizemore. You need to check with Robin on that, one of the reasons dear Robin didn't want to take this to court in May 2012, we were all ready to go. Not sure what Robin was afraid of? Instead opted for a partial reimbursement of her enormous legal fees. The only winner was the attorneys that were all paid very handsomely. I did make a little money on it for reimbursement of gas and hotel, like a nice vacation.

Not to mention Bulgarian Adoptions where they just reopened after being shuttered for fraud. My friends that adopted from Bulgaria went through hell, did you know that one orphanage director was even fathering children to make money?
And through out all of this, there was NO actionable items in causes of action in Robin's flimsy laughable Complaint against me. Anyone can sue, if they are stupid enough to pay an attorney who is greedy enough to take flimsy cases and file in Federal court where everyone gets caught up in FRCP (Federal Rules of Civil Procedure) In Robin's case she had over 20 months of billing time of over $400.00 per hour to deal with.
Sonia, you don't know everything and hopefully you will never have to find out. I allow your postings because they are very reflective of your character and empty life.
Robin should never have tried to sell that little girl to the Shepherds, she has a father and a very powerful one at that.
