Vexatious litigation is legal action which is brought, regardless of its merits, solely to harass or subdue an adversary. It may take the form of a primary frivolous lawsuit or may be the repetitive, burdensome, and unwarranted filing of meritless motions in a matter which is otherwise a meritorious cause of action. Filing vexatious litigation is considered an abuse of the judicial process and may result in sanctions against the offender.
A single action, even a frivolous one, is not enough to raise a litigant to the level of being declared vexatious, though repeated and severe instances by a single lawyer or firm can result in eventual disbarment.
Some jurisdictions have a list of vexatious litigants: people who have repeatedly abused the legal system. Because lawyers could be disbarred for participating in the abuse, vexatious litigants are often unable to retain legal counsel, and therefore represent themselves in court. Those on the list are usually either forbidden from any further legal action or required to obtain prior permission from a senior judge before taking any legal action. This is Hopscotch Adoptions 2010, 990 IRS Tax Returns. Please note this is page 10, and line 11b states "legal fees" which are listed at $99,087.00 for 2010. Let us remind you that Ms. Sizemore filed her Complaint in December 2009, and it ended in October 2011. So the estimation from a legal expert analyst friend is that Robin Sizemore paid over $150K in legal fees.
This is very suspect that an Adoption Agency who claims in court documents to have had a loss could afford over $100K for the fees of the bogus "Internet Attorney" who is nothing more than a fantasy writer and would be a.m. radio show jock (all services he provides for free just to keep his face front and center)
The other odd thing is the "fraud upon the court" - Hopscotch Adoption’s accountant Rhonda Russell signed documents and pie charts created by Low Life Lying Liberal Lawyer Bennet Kelley attesting to the shrinkage in Hopscotch Adoptions Revenue. When in fact the tax returns for 2007-2010 show a total of $1.3+ million in revenue and that Ms. Sizemore not only grew her business year after year, but blew the doors off of her competition.
This can be verified for free at http://www.guidestar.com and only requires a short registration. Conversely, Mr. Kelley withheld the names of the "so-called" Hopscotch Clients that aborted their contract because of information that Vanessa Kachadurian was to have misrepresented about Hopscotch Adoptions and Armenian Adoptions in particular.
When the names were revealed, a third party interviewed the families to only find this was untrue and the "would-be" clients ceased their contracts because of:
a. Communication business practices from Hopscotch Adoptions
b. Lack of personal or emotional committment to Armenia and waiting the long and uncertain timeframes which seemed to change.
c. 1 party didn’t even have a contract signed with Hopscotch Adoptions and therefore was not 100% committed to Hopscotch or Adoption
d. All the parties stated they never heard of Vanessa Kachadurian nor had they read anything slanderous, negative etc., about Hopscotch Adoptions
Mr. Bennet Kelley should have fact checked his client’s assertations better. Instead of counting all of that money he made in legal fees/ billable hours for over 20 months.
Mr. Kelley was more interested in fantasy writing and trying to be a "celebrity" at the expense of his Client and the Defendant. In the end, Robin and Her Attorney cut and run after getting a mere $85K from Vanessa Kachadurian’s insurance company. No liability implied to Ms. Kachadurian, no judgment, no gag order, no apology and nothing removed from the Internet. Freedom of Speech and Truth remains.

Seems Bennet Kelley’s clients border on personality disorder, psychotic behavior and multiple personalities. This one had more money than sense too!
Michelle Walsh and her attorney Bennet G. Kelley (who was specifically hired to address cyber-harassments against her) never tried to contact Moreno either. If Moreno was truly “cyberstalking”, “harassing” and “threatening” Michelle Walsh, why didn’t she get her lawyer involved and why didn’t she specifically name Moreno in her cyber-stalking complaints with the police?

Vanessa Kachadurian on setting the Record Straight
Bennet is such a sore loser now he is trying to set the "record straight" on Vanessa Kachadurian after his blunder of lies and misleading people.
First of all I was not upset by the insurance company deciding to pay back a portion of Robin Sizemore's excessive legal fees. Although I don't believe Ms. Sizemore should have been partially reimbursed for her bad behavior and lying. It was the insurance company's way of saying screw off.
I wanted to go to court, but Robin and her Attorneys chickened out and took a small portion that barely paid their legal fees.
I told Robin on the way out of the mediation she fools no one, she didn't move on because she would lose and that she was done in Armenia with taking someone's children and trying to adopt them out. Like the Armenian girl that she tried to adopt to the Shepherds in Washington State. This little girl has a father. Robin would have sold that little girl out, away from her family, her country, her culture if the investigators in Armenia had not found her father.
This mediation didn't make it to summary judgment, only a "bail-out" for Bennet Kelley before he made a fool of himself in court.
Secondly, I did not "spend" the night in jail, I was there about 5 hours. posted bail which was refunded (after I played cards with the guards)
There is no police record, only an "Event" there is also an police event on Bennet Kelley for harassing me and my family - to the point he stole the Federal Court Seal and made an arse out of himself.
Lastly, there is NO JUDGMENT, no apology, or removal of anything on the Internet regarding his lunatic client. Because most of it is truthful and there was so many journalists that had written about corruption in Armenian Adoptions.
His client Robin Sizemore continues to hide from the truth with her little hired gun Bennet "Penis Talk" Kelly, he invents his own stories out of the truth.
Lastly, Bennet if you think I am "mentally disturbed" you should look in the mirror once. There are more than one attorney around that has seen the wrath of your poison pen. Like handsome Dan Balsam that you immaturely cyber squatted on his site by adding an "s".
Kelley also fails to mention that for over 15 months I represented myself as a Pro Se Defendant, then my insurance company stepped in.
I managed;
To get the Notice of Default set aside and
presented over 5 motions, including the faulty service that
was served on my parent's home instead of my home.
Kelly lets be honest here, you are pissed because your credibility is shot down.
I put up with you lying for over 4 months, slapping me in the face and kicking me in the stomach with your fake victory.
Until I decided to "set the record straight" because you see...I CAN there is no judgment or gag order on me. In fact, you had to sign a paper that stated "no guilt was placed upon Vanessa Kachadurian, now or ever"
You have no ethics, you had no case (except the poorly written complaint) with bad information about me and my background.
Hell Bennet, you couldn't even prounounce my name correctly in that pitiful deposition. Once again, you tried to get away with taping me, but we caught you on that one didn't we? Oh yes, Bennet I knew everything you would try to do, like thread the deposition on Utube, etc., But the truth is, you got nothing from that stupid deposition, except you shaking hands like some drug addict on crack.
Besides what do I care about the opinion of a less than successful Attorney that has to invent success stories about himself while continuing to straddle the ethical boundaries of law?
